Inner Mongolia Xinhe Resources Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinhe Resources"),formerly known as"Ordos Xinhe Industry and Trade Co.,Ltd.", was founded in 2006 and officially established on May 18, 2018.This is a group enterprise specializing in coal procurement, storage, transportation, and sales. The group's headquarters are located in Dongsheng District, Ordos City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Following the implementation of its dual-headquarters strategic plan, the team officially moved into Pudong New Area, Shanghai in November 2023. This marks a crucial step in the development of Xinhe Resources. In the future, the group will continue to innovate and forge ahead, using Shanghai and Ordos as its two central hubs. Currently, the group company has 14 subsidiaries, with a total registered capital of 567 million RMB and nearly 300 employees.

Since its establishment, Xinhe Resources has consistently positioned itself as an integrated service provider for the thermal coal supply chain. It focuses on building a robust thermal coal supply chain, integrating high-quality coal resources from Shanxi, Shaanxi, and Inner Mongolia, and combining this with international trade to create a diverse range of coal sources. The company has established a multimodal transportation network encompassing road, rail, and sea transport, with its logistics network covering the entire Ordos region and surrounding areas. It has also forged strategic partnerships with major ports in northern China, creating a complete logistics chain from "mine to customer," providing integrated supply chain services to its upstream and downstream clients.
