In accordance with the Group's strategic development needs and to further standardize our company's shipping bidding procedures, the company leadership has discussed and decided to issue the following shipping bidding system. All employees who receive this notice are requested to read it carefully and strictly abide by it.

Our company's shipping services will uniformly adopt a bidding process, managed by designated personnel. All freight rate inquiries will be sent via a dedicated email address by authorized personnel using a "Freight Rate Inquiry Letter." The results of the shipping bids will be communicated by authorized personnel via the same dedicated email address using a "Shipping Bid Award Notification Letter."

The designated authorized personnel are the employees listed in our company's authorization letter, managed by the Settlement Shared Service Center. They must strictly follow the bidding procedures outlined in the "Shipping Operations Manual" compiled by the Settlement Shared Service Center. The designated authorized personnel are the sole users of the dedicated email address and only have the authority to send freight rate inquiry letters and shipping bid award confirmation letters within the authorized period. They are prohibited from viewing freight rate inquiry results before the bid opening and must maintain confidentiality regarding all winning bid prices, and must not disclose them to any third party.

The above regulations shall take effect from the date of this notice.
